Final audit

The inspection of a production most probably is the most important aspect for those who are a pubblic sellers. That's why this step need the most focused attention, high professionality and imply the taking of the maximum responsabilty.

For this reason Fivestyle has involved a years experienced team concerning various textile sectors and with previous relationship with many European customers.

Thanks to this team Fivestyle is able to guarantee the 100% respect of the quality standards requested by each customers.

In details Fivestyle Final Audit carries out AQL controls based on the Military Standard 105E, BS 6001, ISO 2859, DIN 40080 ANSI/ASQC Z 1,4. The control levels (AQL 1, AQL 2.5, AQL 4, etc...) and sampling category (normal, reduced, reinforced, etc...) will be determined by the Customer. AQLs will be carried out when the production is 100% complete.

A report is issued at the end of the inspection, accompanied by photographic images and a detailed description of the type of defects found. This report will be immediately sent to the Customer for the release of the shipment.
